You planned the event—now let someone else be the person everyone comes to with questions. Lifted Events provides hands-on event-day coordination to keep vendors, setup, timing and all the moving pieces organized so you can actually enjoy your celebration.
Event / Reception Management — $650 | Up to 5 Hours
Ideal for birthdays, showers, corporate events, receptions and other celebrations that need someone managing the details on event day.
Service may include:
• Event timeline management
• Vendor arrival and setup direction
• Coordination of food, desserts and beverage service
• Activity and entertainment timing
• Guest transitions and general event flow
• Gift and personal-item organization
• Light table and event-area upkeep
• Troubleshooting and handling unexpected event-day needs
One Lifted Events coordinator is included. Events requiring additional staffing due to guest count, venue layout, setup requirements or event complexity may require an additional team member at an additional cost.
Wedding Day Coordination + Setup — $1,800 | Up to 8 Consecutive Hours
Designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want an experienced team to take over the logistics on wedding day.
Includes:
• Pre-event consultation approximately 12 weeks before the wedding
• Timeline review and finalization
• Event-day vendor communication and direction
• Ceremony and reception setup oversight
• Ceremony timeline and wedding-party cues
• Reception timeline and transitions
• Vendor arrival and placement coordination
• Troubleshooting and event-day problem solving
• General coordination throughout the contracted service period
• Two Lifted Events team members for the first 2 hours to assist with table setup, chair placement, signage and other agreed-upon setup needs
• One dedicated coordinator for the remainder of the contracted service period
Additional Coordination Time — $75/hour
Additional time is billed in full-hour increments and is subject to availability.

Coordination services are not full-service event or wedding planning. Vendor selection and contracting, extensive pre-event planning, catering, decor, florals, rentals and other Lifted Events services are not included unless specifically listed in your selected package or purchased separately.
Final responsibilities, timeline, venue requirements and setup needs will be reviewed prior to your event so everyone knows exactly what Lifted Events is—and is not—responsible for on event day.
